Crimson cheesecake cake is a vegan-friendly dessert with healthier ingredients and very attractive colour from beetroot <br />follow the recipe for this delicious and simple cheesecake. <br /><br />Crimson cheesecake is dairy-free no-bake dairy-free dessert consist of cashew cream and almond dates crumb, it has wonderful colour from beetroot pulp. this is also vegan friendly. follow the recipe for this delicious and simple cheesecake. <br /><br />#CrimsonCheesecake #SugarfreeCheesecake #DairyFreeCheesecake<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />200gm cashew<br />70gm almonds<br />140gm dates<br />5gm agar powder<br />1tbsp coconut oil<br />50gm honey<br />water<br /><br />-soak cashew for at least 2 to 3 hours<br />-coarsely grind almond and dates<br />-place crumb in pan and press in bottom, sides<br />-mix agar powder and water and leave for 10 minutes<br />-add cut beetroot in a blender and make pulp out of it<br />-add cashew, water, coconut oil, agar mix, and honey in a blender<br />-blend to smooth paste and pour in a pan with the crumb<br />-refrigerate for six hours before serving<br /><br />Like and share
